As we were talking, the district manager happened to enter the store. Grasping the situation, he took the phone, extending his heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience.

But what really impressed me was what he did next: he offered to personally deliver the missing items to my residence, a good 15 minutes away from the outlet. True to his word, the order arrived at my doorstep, complete and warm.
