It is wonderful to announce that registration this year is now free and mandatory for those who wish to attend. The convention is also open to non-voting members such as licensed clergy, alternate delegates, and ex-officio members. They won’t have a vote, but their attendance and participation are still critical to the convention’s success.
The convention gathers voting and non-voting members comprising canonically resident clergy, ex-officio members, and lay delegates.
